About the Author

Hi there! My name is Thomas.
I enjoy fiddling with both software and hardware designs and this is my little tech blog where I'll document some of the things I've done.
My day job is being a professional software engineer. I used to develop custom CRM software modules, then gradually moved on to developing software for SAP Cloud products and then embedded operating systems and software.
But in my spare time I greatly enjoy working on electronic hardware designs - both analog and digital. When it comes to microcontrollers I prefer the 8-bit Atmels (now Microchip) and the Raspberry RP2040. But I have also used the Espressif ESP32.
Since I also enjoy building things out of wood (like the shelf in the picture above) I have also posted a couple of my woodworking projects on this blog.
